Terms and Agreement of Rental 

 

By making payment you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of this rental.

 

Inventory:

Primary letter colors will be black, blue, pink, or gold. Your color request are not custom with your order. Color request when available come in the form of balloons, stars, and any other characters or themes you may have requested. 

 

Preparation, Design & Letter Placement: 

We come anywhere after 7pm the night before but before 7 am the morning of.

No cutting or trimming of grass will be done around or near the yard cards.

 

No additional balloons, streamers, or decorations of any kind that are not provided by Majestic 3m! shall be attached to the yard cards.

 

Our staff will choose accent pieces and letters based on the information provided by you and availability of yard cards. We do our best to choose items and colors based on requests in the order form. Specific accents and placement of individual letters are at the discretion of our staff members.

 

Once placed, repositioning of letters or accents is strictly prohibited.All children will be kept from playing near the yard cards to prevent potential injury to the child and/or damage to the yard cards.

Reservation:

The rental is good until  night fall the day of the event.

 

Pets:

If you have pets, please make sure they are secured when the staff comes out. 

 

Family member and neighbor notification:

 Please let neighbors and family members know that we are coming so we will not alarm anyone.

 

Damages:

Please do not lean or move the display. If something occurs and needs to be adjusted, Please contact at (904) 802-5654 and we will come out to fix it. Do not allow children to play around the display. Do not add any additional accessories such as balloons, silly string, ect. Please adhere to these guidelines as we are not responsible for any injuries that are acquired. 

 

Please make sure sprinklers are off while the display is in your yard. Please do not use lawnmower or have grounds men work around the display. 

 

I do not collect a security deposit, however any damage to the signs besides the current normal wear and tear could incur up to a $400 replacement fee.

A fee of $35 per piece will be charged to the requesting client for any damaged or stolen letters or accent pieces.

 

Refund Policy:

Homeowner, HOA, property management

If you are not the home owner and the home owner request that we remove the display no refund will be issued.

 

If you must cancel your event you will need to notify us within 48 hours. A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery date. If not, we will not be able to issue a refund. Customize orders will not be refunded once order have been placed. Some situations will be taken into account, however, that will be at the discretion of the owner Kizzie Griffin Otherwise, you will be issued credit for your next event.

Rights Of Refusal:

Majestic 3m Events reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

​

Any act of God ie lightning, harsh rain, sleet, snow, ect that would prevent the display from being placed by Majestic 3m Events, a refund will be issued or you may payment as a credit for your next event. The reservation policy still stands at one weeks notice.

 

Any reason that places the staff in danger ie unrestrained pets, hostile family members, or neighbors a refund will not be issued. 

 

If the ground is too hard and the staff is not able to place the signs a refund will be issued. Our recommendation is to water your lawn at least 48 hours prior to if it hasn't already rained
